Life-flo Biestro-care Body Cream - 4 Fl Oz

I have been using this cream for almost a month now, in conjunction with pro-gest progesterone cream. It has completely taken away my hot flashes, dryness and dealt with the acid reflux. I had started using the progesterone cream in perimenopause and it worked initially to help with the hot flashes and dryness down below. As my estrogen levels dropped more, it wasn’t enough to help. My hot flashes were so bad I lost hope multiple times. I am not interested in using synthetic hormones. I originally purchased estrogen cream with only estriol, the gentlest of the estrogen hormones. This cream contains estriol and estradiol, which has been effective in dealing with all of my symptoms. I am taking the first week of each month off of the creams to ease of remembering when to take that break as I’m not sure I am completely in menopause yet.

I have been using this product for at least 5 yrs maybe more and love it to control hot flashes and everything else it can help. I repeatedly see the complaint "pump doesn't work". I have never got product that the pump didn't work so it was baffling to me. I went to pump this most recent purchase and I couldn't get it to pump. I thought finally I can verify the pump may be a random problem. Sadly, I shook the bottle up and felt the cream drop to the bottom and like magic the pump worked. I suspect the cream gets pushed to the top leaving a void on the bottom. So give it a good shake and maybe tap on the counter. Still searching for a faulty pump.

Been using product awhile now. First bottle worked great. They changed packaging on the next purchase and pump would not work. so I wanted to return and they sent me a new one. same thing happened. This makes my hormones go crazy when I can not use. My husband finally took a knife and cut it open. so now it has no lid so I will transfer into another container. Have to guess on the amount but at least I can use it again.please fix the problem as it seems everyone is complaining about it

I’ve been able to control my hot flashes with this in the morning and progesterone cream at night. One problem I have run into repeatedly with this brand is that the pump often doesn’t work so I have to cut open the container to get the cream out.

I love Biestro because it works! Recently I began having problems with the pump bottle and so I called them to find out how to get into the bottle. Also, I read other customers were having the same problem. According to Life-Flo, the solution for defective pump bottles is this, take your fingernail or tweezers and pry the bottom cover off of the bottle; then using your finger press the inside of the tube until you feel resistence of which pushes the air out of the tube, then pump your bottle for the product. It works! :)

The lotion is great the only thing I don’t like and they need to change is the pump. It works once or twice and then it stops working

The pump on this is faulty and you cannot get the product out. I had it for a few months before I needed to use it, so I was too late for a return. I've read other reviews about work arounds, and it worked for about a week. I feel like the manufacturer should make this right. This is supposed to be a measured amount and pumping until it looks like a dose doesn't seem good for the hormone levels of an already cranky and menopausal woman. Make it right, Life-flo.
