I like the fact that it does cake up because it means there’s no add a preservatives
Only thing I don’t like that he kicks up a little bit but actually a great essential space definitely great whatever recommended for seasoning meat especially gives color and flavor

The Best Blackening Seasoning
Bought this when I lived in Florida, thought I would never find it again, WOW, there it was. I highly recommend cooking chicken breasts which have been flattened with a meat hammer outside on a side burner of your gas grill, in a cast iron skillet, if you cook in the house, make sure you have good ventilation, it will get smoky, this stuff is GOOD.

Tastes great but don’t use to much unless you like it very hot!
It is very good but don’t use to much it has more of a kick than I was exspecting. The good news it will last a long time because you don’t use a lot of the product to get a ton of taste.

Good flavor but too fine. The seasoning is so fine that as soon as the jar is opened you start sneezing. You have to hold it far away or you sneeze and feel the seasoning in the back of the throat. That is irritating.

Love blacken fish! Works on salmon, cod, tilapia, sole, pretty much everything. This product even converted my wife :)
