Great knives for what they were designed for.
I have two of these knives. Overall quality is excellent, and the price is great! They function very reliably after a short break-in period and a dab of WD-40. And wow, are they SHARP! The wooden scales are not beautiful but are still fairly attractive. The knives are heavy, yes, but I didn’t buy them for everyday carry; I have lighter knives for that purpose. (Think Hubertus & Kalashnikov.). But OMG, solidly constructed! I use them to keep in my car, partly for their glass-breaks and to cut a seatbelt strap. Great knives all around and I’m surprised at the negative reviews. BTW, I raised the locking levers slightly with a tiny piece of Gorilla Tape on the underside of the lever so they are thumbnail-workable; functions great, but a touch with a Drexel would also work.

Do not buy this. It will hurt you.
Let me give you a fair and honest review of this beast. It weighs 6 oz. It’s 5 1/2 inches closed and 9 inches open. Shipping - if you have ever heard the term slow boat from China - this is it. The item was shipped regular China mail. Only a box and no bubble wrap. The box was crushed - no big deal. Let me discriobe the fit and finish. The finish - it’s not. The top of the blade which is exposed, the ends of the blade have never seen a file. The blade itself is suppose to be Damascus and it looks like it’s a sanmai. But it’s too cheap. If you look straight down at the top of the knife you can see three layers of material sandwiched together. Harder materials on the outside softer materials i the core. The blade grind itself was done by a 2 year old. The knife is sharp but one side of the grind is 2x as width of the other side. The knife is pointy - tooo pointy. There is a slight curl to the edge of the point, it’s guaranteed to break or bend the first time you use it. Now let’s talk about the fit and the finish. PS I have not tested what kind of steel the blade is made out of. But upon first inspection it is not Damascus. The knife can only be carried tip up. On the back end of the bolster is a glass breaker. It comes to a point and if you accidentally touch it while carrying it it will cut you. With the knife in an open position the liners are extremely sharp to the touch. The blade is not centered. You can see daylight thru the ends of the bolsters. The opening mechanism - it is a lever action auto. Unless you place your finger at the extreme end of the lever top it will not open well. The knife was only 39 dollars. It doesn’t pay to return it. So I’ll keep it as a paperweight letter opener. Do not buy this product.

Better quality than I expected
For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but I’d wanted to find a lever-lock pocket knife for quite a while. I stumbled across this on Amazon & ordered it.The good: fit and finish are much better than anticipated. The wood scales are attractive & blend perfectly into the bolsters. The blade only needed a couple light passes on a diamond stone to have a very sharp edge. The knife is assembled with socket head screws, allowing complete disassembly for cleaning and lubricating. The locking mechanism holds the blade securely in both the closed and open positions, and the lever is designed to lay flat against the scale by spring tension. I think most people would think the knife cost at least twice what it’s selling for.The not-so-good: the pocket clip is skeletonized, which makes it feel flimsy. The nylon case is very light weight and a bit too long. Lastly, the scale under the end of the lever isn’t recessed so you can easily unlock the blade one-handed by lifting it with your thumbnail, but that can be fixed with a bit of work with a rotary tool. All pretty minor complaints. Not a negative, but I kind of wish it was a bit smaller, maybe 2/3 or 3/4 the size. Just my preference for a knife carried in a pocket.I’m pleased with the purchase. Might have to buy a 2nd one to tinker with (new scales, file work, etc.).

Cumbersome and possibly unsafe.
The lever lock mechanism is cumbersome to use and potentially unsafe. It takes two hands to unlock the knife for automatic deployment, negating the claim that it can be operated with only one hand. Once the lever is moved to the unlocked position, the lever projects significantly above the blade, making it impossible to carry on one’s pocket or pouch without releasing the blade accidentally. I would return it, but, as others have noted, that involves sending it back to the manufacturer in China. Shipping cost would equal the purchase price, so I’m stuck with it.

Pretty Cool
The media could not be loaded. Not bad for the price. Delivery was fast for overseas. Fit and finish not the best, but the price point of 27 bucks not to bad. The spring assist works as designed. All and all not a bad knife, but it is quite heavy.

Well made knife
I did have to oil it in the beginning so it would engage when opening.. had it for 3 months and it still works great

False advertising, bad quality,
Item arrived after 10 days will not open smoothly with the spring shipping back to China cost more than the item itself so I'm stuck with it and cannot return. So you should know that there is no return or refund on this.
