Well-built, simple to install, and works well!
The media could not be loaded. I bought a cheaper faucet from a different company in early 2020, as the lockdown commenced, and (of course) that faucet turn out to be a piece of junk. So, I was on the hunt for a better one. THIS is the faucet I never knew I wanted! The touchless feature wasn't something I was originally interested in, but boy is it great. It keeps the base of the faucet area SO much cleaner, as you aren't having to put dripping hands directly on the faucet to shut it off. The finish is very nice, and is pleasantly neutral. If you have ever installed a faucet (I have installed a fair share), you will be able to install this in a jiffy. Even if you are a first timer, I believe it is very clearly outlined in the instructions, and the effort is easier than it looks. I had never installed the electric valve part to a faucet, and was leery that it would leak or, in some other way, be problematic. It was the complete opposite. The e-valve was a simple "push in the hose until you hear a click" installation, and I did not have even a drip of water leak under the sink afterward. I, typically, put a layer of paper towel under a faucet install, to see if any drips happen. With this install ... not one drip. Easy-peasy.The sprayer is streamlined and robust. It shoot a very straight flow of streams (in other words: the spray comes out about as wide as the faucet head, not splayed out on a wider angle). The sprayer only stays on whilst the water is flowing through the faucet. Someone else wrote of this as a negative. It is not to me. I couldn't be bothered to complain about something so trivial to me, but if it is important to you, take note. The sensor is reactive, but not to a detrimental degree. Your hand can be about 4 inches from the sensor, and it will react (turn on or off). It took me a few days to get used to closing the faucet handle when I want to clean around the sink, to keep water flow from starting as I wipe around the faucet. Also, I have seen more than a few videos where people sort of swipe their hand in front of the sensor. I find this to be too fleeting of a moment for a sensor to react to. I simply hold my hand directly in front of the sensor for a second, and it comes on every time. To be fair, we have a few motion-sensor objects in the house (trash can, for example), and this approach works best for all of them. When you activate the sensor, the water will keep flowing until you put your hand in front of the sensor to stop it. I, usually, just sort of throw my elbow/forearm up there to shut it off.The flow of water is good, and all of the elements appear solidly built. The swivel joint seems robust, and moves smoothly. We have very hard well water, and it seems to be handling it fine, so far.Between the build appearing very solid, and the components working well, this is a terrific faucet, especially for the money. It has been installed for two weeks, with no issues from the time we opened the box. I will update, if necessary. Oh, and the above video was something I had sent to my spouse after installation -hence the thumbs-up. LoLFYI -I reached out to customer service, thru Amazon, and their response was SPEEDY. That is always a good sign in my book. In full transparency, I wrote the the company, inquiring about a small add-on product, and was offered it gratis (as it wasn't a listed item on Amazon) in exchange for an honest review. I can guarantee you that my review was made before I contacted them, as I was completely impressed from the minute of installation. Their add-on offer did not alter or "boost" my review in any way; their faucet is what got them 5-stars.

Day one review, will update later. It's very nice, feels strong
Installation was pretty straight forward. I have like 10 hours total in my life with plumbing and I was able to handle the job in a couple hours. Most of the work was getting the old one out, prep and clean up. The spray mode works great, minimal tools needed, everything went smooth. Nice packaging. So far so good

Motion sensor stopped working after about 6 months of use
I was pretty happy with this faucet until today when the motion sensor started spazzing out. Figured the batteries just needed to be changed once it stopped working completely, but a new set has done nothing. I can't find any documentation on this thing to see if there is a way to reset it, so I just have it bypassing the motion sensor (the whole reason I bought this thing). Still looks pretty nice though. But I probably should have known better than buying a cheap faucet off of Amazon. One more piece of junk I'll need to replace after too short a period of time.
