Covered the pontoon well but I could not do this by myself. Took 2 adults. Heavy duty but awkward.

I rate this as average & my reasons are listed.1. The picture provided here, clearly shows what another reviewer stated, sections of the cover do discolor after the sun hits it. We are located in the Kansas City area, had a few days over 100 degrees. This material is lightweight and holds water if you don’t use props in the middle.2. No fault of the manufacture, I had to order twice, i ordered the large size and Amazon shipped the smaller one. Amazon made the return of the first one very simple by providing a super easy return process utilizing UPS.3. This cover came with a lot of 8’ straps and 2 very large ones that will go completely around the boat and cover. In the Bimini area I needed 10’ straps to reach, had to order from another vendor. They need to supply some 4 or 6 of different size straps, and not so many 8’ ones. Straps are easy to use and seem to be good quality.4. The built in hem allows a one person install, then finish with the straps

I have purchased less expensive covers in the past, so I was hoping for much better quality when I paid almost twice as much for this one.At this point I’ve had it on for only a few weeks. It already has faded in the sun, with different sections of the cover fading to different colors.I really like the metal buckles, as I live in a high wind area and having plastic buckles break was a constant headache. The metal buckles do work well, but I’ve already had the spring in one of them break - making the entire strap useless.I do like the fitment, as it does fit my 24’ pontoon very well. I just hope that the color fading doesn’t make the fabric deteriorate over time.So that’s why, overall, I’m rating at three stars.

This was a very good cover we’re happy with it it fits over the entire pontoon including the cover it came with. Overall we are very happy just think that some of the straps could be longer. We would recommend this and we would buy again

I have a boat but nowhere to store it under for protection of the elements; therefore, I went looking for a heavy-duty boat cover that would fit it and not blow away and protect it from top to bottom. I found this one; really nice size and a good design, and I had to get one to try. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to use. I like how easy it is to run the cover over the boat, and I can do it all by myself. It has a pocket for the mast and extends low enough to cover the bottom of the boat too. Secondly, it holds really well. I like how the elastic bands are around the whole bottom of the cover and holds well enough to use the bands for the tiedown, making it even easier for me. I also like how there are a lot of sewn-in heavy-duty loops to run the heavy-duty straps through, and it holds so snugly that it looks like the cover was custom-made for it. Lastly, it works great. It goes over the boat perfectly, it is thick and shows no stress of tearing at all, and it has not changed color in the sun for over a month now. The straps lock, so tight, that I have not seen one slip, not even once. No cons, it really worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

Felt like a pretty sturdy cover. I don’t have a boat or much experience with boat covers but I think this felt pretty sturdy and durable.
