Worked perfectly- did the job just as I had hoped.

These will blend an ugly scratch, it will cover burns, even repair a painted wall. They are a hard wax substance and so some times difficult to get into cracks but well worth the effort. Excellent for fixing some flaw that constantly draws the attention away from a fine piece of furniture or painted wall.

Was able to hide screw holes with ease. Pro tip: cut off enough to fill the screw holes, torch it and it will liquefy, allow 3-5 seconds then scrape with scrap piece of wood in direction of the grain.

I see all the bad reviews and I can't help but wonder what they were expecting from the product. This is meant to help hide scratches in wood and it does the job. I used black and a dark brown, I scribbled it into the scratches and used my hair dryer on high heat to melt and blend.. wiped away the excess and (while of course it doesn't look like "new") the scratches are not anywhere near as noticeable. I've included before and after photos (two after photos in different lighting). Yes, you can still see it, but the wood is damaged.. but from a distance it's clearly far better. Happy with the product.

It was better then nothing, but the colours don’t blend worth a darn. Also, both brown options are basically fire truck red and don’t look at all like they do in the photo. So if you need white, Medium grey, or black, it’ll work great. If you need to use any shade of brown but cherry, it’ll be useless. I was able to use the black to semi match the scratches, but they’re definitely noticeable.

They don’t always provide good results.. depending on the surface, finish, color, etc. I basically only use the black and white ones. I have to spend some time and effort to cover the chip and then get rid of the excess chalk but it’s tricky to do it right without undoing the work so it takes some time

I have a dresser that is a very hard colour to match, not a single marker stick would even come close to the colour. With these being waxy & also fill sticks I was able to blend a couple colours together and make the perfect shade plus you can't even tell there's a chip out of it anymore! 10/10
