BrooksMen's Cascadia 16 Running Shoe

This is the third (or maybe fourth) pair of Brooks "Cascadia's" purchased by me. I always buy last years model as usually I can buy them for more or less half-price.I suffer from "Under-pronation" which means that my feet tend to roll outwards for which I need an insert to straighten my posture.Not being a trail runner but on the other hand doing a lot of walking "Off the beaten track" I can get a years wear out of a pair of Brooks Cascadias. Over the years with other makes of similar footwear i.e. sports shoes and not satisfied with their products I discovered Brooks (my son wears them) some years ago.I've walked the North Downs route from Dorking to Guildford and the LLys-y-fran reservoir in West Wales among others and had no foot trouble whatsoever. Good on you Brooks, long may the Company keep going!!

There is nothing about these that I don't like. They absolutely suit my feet. This is my fourth pair, first from Amazon. Bought from them this time because of the price, on the day, was cheaper than anywhere else. I have hiked hundreds of miles in this make and model of trail runner, here's hoping they never change. Mind you, due to having Plantar in one foot I do change the insoles, but I do that with all my footwear. Like everything of this nature they're not waterproof when fording streams or deep bogs but they dry out quickly and I wear waterproof stockings. The soles are bulletproof and tend to grip like glue on all but the smoothest icy patches . I love them, my feet thanks me for them.

These are by far the best trainers I have ever purchased. I can literally walk/ run for hours without aches on my feet.Did allot of research and these always came out top on reviews, I can see why. They are comfortable, don’t get my feet hot and grip the floor whilst providing amazing stability and support.Never heard of the brand but clearly well known by seasoned runners going by reviews.One of my best purchases of the year.

I've been using Brooks road running shows for a while but was going to the French Alps for some trail running experience and few days away. I bought these and ran therein for a few days before going.I found them very comfortable, much more support from a firmer sole than the road running shoes but still with a good degree of cushioning. The sides are stronger too so to keep the foot in place centrally on the footbed.Kept my feet cool and very comfortable, so if Brooks road running shoes fit you well, these will to.

Second similar pair of Brooks, not as small and light as some shoes but grippy in the mud and stable.

As someone who actually buys trainers based on the durability, comfort and performance, rather than how they look on my feet. These are excellent for trail running and short distance road running, they fit well and unlike a lot of trail shoes, they are cushioned well.

This is my second pair of Brooks Cascadia.(first pair Cascadia 13) both good fit and well made shoe. Firm sole with flexible toe section.

I bought these because I needed support for being on my feet 6+ hours straight. I have no foot discomfort, and my lower back pain has lessened. For a wide shoe, these are actually really wide and leave a lot of space. These are very versatile too, I can dress them up or keep it casual and sporty. I think you get what you pay for, and that's quality. Would recommend if you're looking for something supportive!

The shoes I received are not new (although I ordered and paid for new shoes).

Me llegaron en tiempo, son muy buenos tenis para correr Trail de Montaña, tienen buena tracción y amortiguamiento, gracias a la placa que tiene balistic rock shield, no se sienten las piedras filosas quebpisas en terrenos técnicos, la horma es amplia, al principio me los amarre muy fuerte por qué pensé que se me iban a mover mucho por lo mismo de la horma, pero no, en realidad si se sienten amplios y cómodos y no requieren que los aprietes tanto. En duración llevo apenas 4 salidas en Trail y se ven muy bien y poco desgaste en suela a pesar que han sido terrenos técnicos con mucha piedra. Yo si los recomiendo y son una persona pesada.
