These resistance bands worked like a charm for me thus far

These are excellent bands. I bought them to take on vacation to do a little fitness in the hotel when I had time. I liked the varying levels and that they came with a bag. They also come with a small pamphlet with suggested exercises.

Not very impressed with the resistance power of these bands. I was definitely looking for something more along the lines of “feeling a burn”.. not even the extra heavy gave me that feeling

Beautiful colors and helpful for my workouts

Wishing amazon would not support products like these and those who sell them. These bands are not elastic. One broke on the 3rd use. (And it hurt!) These pollute the environment and are a waste of time and money. Please don't buy.

I just used these and they’re great, except that the two lightest colors are so similar that it’s hard to tell them apart without looking for the writing. I’ll probably label them with a marker (which will wear off in time)

I don't think the weight to band correlations are correct, as they don't feel as heavy as they're supposed to be, and there is an insert in the package with different (lower) weights listed per band. The X-Heavy is the only one that's useful to me and even that isn't very heavy.And it kept sliding! I never had that problem with the rubber bands but this band would not stay in place and I had to spend my whole workout adjusting it. I even changed pants to see if the fabric I was wearing was the problem but it was not.Overall just quite disappointing.
