This is the most rugged, true to its claims, the bad ass, military grade, phone case I ever bought. It really is waterproof you can die with it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s bulletproof. The paint will scratch off around the edges, and I really wish that they had made the case out of a black ceramic instead of, steel or aluminum, but I have to say, any other case cannot even compare to this one. It may be the last case you ever have to buy. They just need to put few layers of scratch proof clearcoat on it so that overtime the camouflage doesn’t get scraped off on the corners. Either way, It’s still the way that all other cases ought to be made. The end.

I bought this for my husband , as he is a construction worker and puts a beating on his phones! No case has been able to match his rugged job. So far this case has held up quite well!! It does say it’s waterproof as well but I have zero intentions of actually finding that out. He drops his phone on hard machinery daily and so far so good! The case says it’s metal but it almost feels like a hard plastic. I’m not sure about that. But either way the case fits snuggly to the phone. It seems to protect the phone quite well. As I said over time I will update to see how this case will hold up! I got him the standard black case and he likes it a lot. I would say over all at this point it’s a good deal for the money. You are getting what you pay for ! I would buy it again!

I was BLOWN AWAY by the QUALITY of this phone case!!! I will ABSOLUTELY buy from these guys again in hopes they carry cases for other models too! This is the BEST case I’ve EVER owned!!!!!

Cute design and great price. A little tricky to install but protection and quality are comparable to an Otterbox. My son is 12 so the ease of holding was hard as this was too big for his hands. Kickstand was a nice addition.

Fits like a glove, do take care to disassemble on a tray or something to contain the small screws. They have an extra set of screws and Allen wrench if needed. My only complaint is I expected bright red and it’s a darker wine red. Five stars for construction and materials.

Overall the plastic front cover is flimsy. With the waterproof case it blocks the speaker and you cannot hear any phone conversations unless you put it on speaker. Then it also causes to have an echo effect as well. After putting it on it squeezed the screen protector that was already on the phone and made it bubble up in the corners. The paint or coating on it is also already scratching off from wear with just a bit of a month of use. Find another case. Avoid as much as possible.

Overall I would say I like the case but there are two things preventing me from giving it a higher score. First is the screen itself. It is not at all smudge resistant and always looks very dirty. The second is the camera cover. It has the same material covering it. The phone is a lot more durable with the case on though. And when working (and sweating) while listening to music, I no longer have to worry about the songs randomly skipping forward or other crazy things happening because the screen thinks I touched it while in my pocket.

The case is great! It feels good in my hands, it is water proof, it is shock proof. I have a very active lifestyle and I can take it with me without worry!The “silencing knob” broke off of my first case, and their awesome customer service walked me through the exchange (which was fast and easy), and my phone is back with full protection, but I still have access to all my buttons.Thank you Beasyjoy for this phone case and your quick response.

I work as a tree faller in coastal BC, Canada. I’ve been running waterproof rated iphone covers since they came out around 12yrs ago. I’ve had many Lifeproofs, Otterboxes, Red Peppers, and many lesser known Chinese brands. This thing seems very well built. It is metal encased in soft plastic, so it is ice to the touch. You will experience less touchscreen sensitivity and a bit less volume through this case, but it is built like a tank. Follow all instructions and set it up properly and it is a great protective case with top shock protection. It does appear to have adequate waterproofing for even shallow immersion. Comes in camo as well, which is a plus for this guy. Not the cheapest price or the least bulky, but this is a super sturdy protective case that will certainly protect your phone from rough use. RecommendedUPDATE:Used this case for about 6 months and went back to a RedPepper waterproof case and boy, my phone feels so much lighter and has much better performance now, especially the touchscreen. This metal case was ok but really is heavy, bulky, has a terrible touchscreen capability, and does make your phone get less reception. I wanted to love it, but I won’t be buying another and will stick with either the SPORTLINK or RedPepper waterproof cases for the win.
