The media could not be loaded.  I spent all Sunday researching the best steamer to buy and I saw a lot of bad reviews even about the most expensive steamers, over $300. I bought another steamer from another store that I had to return because it was very bad, made in China from cheap material. That vapor smelled like burning plastic. But thank God I found this one. It just arrived, it was super easy to assemble, it came with all the parts and it worked really well. The water lasts a long time, it is silent, without an alarm. The steam/vapor is strong enough. I am very satisfied! I will use it throughout this year and return here to update you guys 😊(July 2024)

Great Quality, Easy Set Up .

I held back leaving a bad review because I was hoping for a resolution from this company. I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, and not jump right into leaving a one star review.If you are considering a facial steamer, shop elsewhere. This was well taken care of, stored properly, emptied and dried out between uses. I am not exaggerating when I say it was used 4 times total.There is no reason why this machine should have stopped working properly after such a short amount of time and limited use. I am disgusted with this equipment, and the company that sold it. Faulty equipment happens, conflict resolution is paramount in ethical business practice. It appears like I have wasted my hard earned money, hopefully this review will prevent others from doing the same.

Easy to use, heat and cold steam perfect!

The item was missing the water reservoir. It was also not a 3in1 and the lamp did not connect the way the photo shows. This item is very misleading. I'm very disappointed and will be returning.Edited: I had to update my review. The company worked with me to replace the incorrect item with the correct one. The pieces still don't fit like the photo makes it seem but it serves it purpose. This is why I can only give 4 stars.

I love everything about this product, except that it drips when the cold function is on too long.
