Noctua NT-H1 3.5g SW Edition, Thermal Paste, Spatula and 3 Cleaning Wipes

Thermal paste spatula made everything easy, after a few days of using this thermal paste my temps have gotten lower than they were originally. I'm sitting at a cool 44C on a 9800X3D while watching Twitch right now. There's also plenty left over in the tube for when I need to re-apply more thermal paste. Does its job well, highly recommend. Make sure to use the spatula and cover the whole CPU with a nice layer then put a little extra in the middle after and you should get some good temps too.

Have used this thermalpaste with multiple CPUs/coolers, works very well and the spatula and wipes that are included are very helpful as well. Easy to spread and does a great job helping keep CPU temps under control. Would highly recommend this thermalpaste to anyone that needs to replace the paste on their CPU.

I recently built a PC with a 7700x CPU and a 6950xt GPU. My CPU was idling at 60 degrees, and when gaming was sitting at 80-85. I knew something was wrong there. I switched to Noctua which the kit cape with wipes and a spatula which made swapping out my old thermal paste and reapplying it very simple and effective. My temps are now 45-50 idle and anywhere between 60-70 while gaming(sometimes higher 70s if I have extreme or ultra settings all the way ramped up). Huge difference. It may have been the coolers seating, may have been a bad or expired tube of thermal paste that came with my cooler, nonetheless, a big thermal temperature difference. Highly recommend it for those with hot 7000 series AMD CPUs like mine!

Kit is handy as well for an extra dolar or 2, might as well get it if u don’t have isopropil alcohol at home.

It works

My computer with an Intel i7-14700 processor was overheating and shutting down so I had to clean all the accumulated dust from the cooling fan and heat-sink. After carefully and completely cleaning the surfaces of the heat-sink and CPU with 90% isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber paper wipe, letting it dry, and applying a 5 dot pattern of the thermal paste as the i7-147000 is a large CPU, I reassembled everything and the computer is no longer overheating. Noctua provides helpful videos on how to apply the thermal paste for your CPU size and there are many other YouTube videos on how to apply the thermal paste.

Functions for what it was designed to do well. Helps keep my cpu nice and cool. Would recommend if your building a pc I've only ever used this stuff but people say for the money this stuff works as good if not better than the top the line stuff. Can't confirm or deny that but I personally can recommend it.

Ich habe mich nach einigem Lesen von Bewertungen bewusst für diese Wärmeleitpaste entschieden, weil sie immer wieder als zuverlässig, anwenderfreundlich und langlebig beschrieben wurde. Inzwischen habe ich sie selbst zweimal eingesetzt: einmal bei einem Laptop und einmal bei einer älteren Konsole. In beiden Fällen lief vorher die Kühlung nicht mehr rund, nach dem Tausch der Paste gab es keine Überhitzung mehr und auch keinerlei Ausfälle. Genau das, was man sich erhofft. Was mir direkt positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die Verarbeitung. Die Paste hat eine angenehme Konsistenz, weder zu dick noch zu flüssig. Man bekommt sie gut aus der Spritze, sie lässt sich sauber dosieren und gleichmäßig auftragen. Der beiliegende Spachtel ist kein Gimmick, sondern tatsächlich hilfreich, gerade wenn man die Paste lieber verstreicht statt sie nur aufzusetzen. Die Reinigungstücher sind ebenfalls praktisch, vor allem wenn man alte, eingetrocknete Paste entfernen muss. Damit spart man sich zusätzliches Gefummel mit Alkohol und Küchenpapier. Zur Wirkung: In beiden Geräten waren die Ergebnisse klar messbar. Die Temperaturen sind im Alltag spürbar niedriger, unter Last bleibt das System deutlich ruhiger. Gerade bei älterer Hardware, bei der die ursprüngliche Paste längst ihre besten Tage hinter sich hat, bringt der Austausch richtig viel. Das deckt sich auch mit vielen Erfahrungsberichten, die ich vor dem Kauf gelesen habe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Langzeitstabilität. Laut Hersteller kann die Paste mehrere Jahre auf CPU oder GPU bleiben, ohne auszutrocknen oder an Leistung zu verlieren. Das ist gerade bei Laptops oder Konsolen wichtig, die man nicht mal eben wieder öffnet. Die 3,5-g-Tube reicht zudem für mehrere Anwendungen, je nach Chipgröße sogar für überraschend viele. Für Bastler oder Leute mit mehreren Geräten relativiert sich der Preis dadurch schnell. Apropos Preis: Rund 11 Euro wirken auf den ersten Blick vielleicht etwas höher als bei No-Name-Produkten, sind aber angesichts der Leistung, der Haltbarkeit und des Zubehörs absolut angemessen. Billige Alternativen habe ich selbst schon ausprobiert, mit deutlich schlechteren Ergebnissen bei Temperatur und Verarbeitung. Unterm Strich ist das eine Wärmeleitpaste, die genau das tut, was sie soll, ohne Überraschungen. Gute Kühlleistung, einfache Handhabung, sinnvolles Zubehör und eine Qualität, auf die man sich verlassen kann. Für Alltagsrechner, ältere Geräte oder auch Konsolen eine klare Empfehlung.

Amé esta pasta térmica, es muy buena la textura y la conductividad termica que tenga, con un disipador 212 es muy buen combo. Muy durable pues no requieres cambiar pasta a cada rato, llevo año y medio con la aplicación que tiene y apenas me ha subido un grado mi disipación, excelente si quieres poner y olvidarte de cambiar por bastante tiempo, aplicala en equis!
