I started playing pickleball several months ago and started with a wooden paddle from Walmart. While the paddle worked fine - especially as I was a beginner- I wanted to try something a step up without spending a lot of money.I didn't expect a lot from the paddles given the price and so I found myself quite happy about my investment once I started playing with them. The quality, balance and feel are very good especially given the price. They are an excellent value for a very good beginner/intermediate paddle set. I have since purchased other paddles to try and while my favorite is now a $130 carbon fiber paddle I own (it has a 5.5" handle length I love), I readily loan that paddle to others and use the paddles from this set with no deficit to my game.The weight, balance, and size of these paddles are on par with similar, slightly more expensive paddles that claim to be carbon fiber or graphite and sell at about $40 each or $75-$85 in a set; the play feels the same. The grip is decent - no problem there- and, again, it's on par with similarly priced and higher priced paddles. The bag and balls are a nice bonus. The bag is very basic and doesn't hold much more than the paddles but is nice to have (I have mine away after purchasing a larger padded bag that would hold more paddles, shoes, clothes...). The balls are basic but work very well; I have no problem with them but have found that many others don't want to use them because they are not Franklin X40s. The Franklin have smaller holes and are slightly harder but the balls provided still work great. I have purchased more, similar, balls as they work fine and are less expensive than the X40s but, to be honest, 90%+ of the time I play I am using the X40s because many players thumb their noses at and refuse to play with anything else (but they work fine!).Overall, I will say whole heartedly that this set is a great choice for the beginner and intermediate player! I am very happy with my purchase, continue to use these paddles in addition to my much more expensive one, and have recommended this set to many others now!

Price (4/5): I bought this pickleball set considering i’ll be playing 2-3 times a week for couple of hours. It does the job and is good from the price perspective. I like that it’s affordable and great value for money.Performance (4/5): The paddle is a lot better than the wooden paddle. It makes every swing effortless and i use this against players with $100-$200 carbon fiber paddle without any deficit to my game.Quality (3.5/5): The built is nice and sturdy and the grip holds nicely. The paddle material itself is not great, as I see some wear and tear on the edges along with some white spots of material wear-off on the paddle after using it only for 2 weeks.Comes in a nice handy bag carrying 2 outdoor, 2 indoor and 2 paddles. The only concern I have is that the paddle might not be long lasting and the quality might be compromised as I up my game and play more often. This is more for beginners who doesn’t want to spend alot, but at the same time improve their game.

Everything arrived on time, packaged perfectly and no surprises. Love the weight of the paddle, extra bag for balls, easy carry bag and even extra grips for when they wear out. Bonus: support/donations for aiding children in tough situations. ALL FOR THAT!! Thank you very much

Rackets have stood up well to many games of pickleball. Nice grip, good sweet spot and light. No issues with any part of the paddles, bag or balls. Great colors and love the extra grip tape that comes with it, have not needed to used it but great to have.

i bought these so that my friends who didn't have paddles can play...honestly a solid all around paddle and not much complaint about it. im going to be joining a tournament and playing with this paddle...waiting until black friday to get the ruby! that'll be a good time, but for now, these paddles have been treating me pretty well and my friends like em as well. cheap, solid set.

I love the colors! It light and has a great grip. Even the balls are strong and I'm glad it came with a bag too. I would definitely recommend these paddles for beginners!
