We are not expert dumpling-makers by any stretch of the imagination, but this helped quite a bit with getting the shape and size right. It seems like a decent quality machine and it worked well for squishing out the dough to the right parameters. Very happy with this item!

Straight into the recycling bin. Whats a waste of time and money.

Very difficult to get it to press the dough thin enough. Even adding a lot of body-weight to pressing on it does not result in thin-enough wrappers. Though it has proven to be fairly strong/durable (taking that weight).

Lightweight, but seems sturdy enough. Does not take a lot of effort to get the job done. Make sure you flour it if you want to peel the dough off.

First, this is just a dough press and not a dumpling maker. It makes skins and is not a dumpling maker. If you are into making your own skins, this is a great time saver and works really well.Mine only came with the press and no instructions of any kind. As long as you know how to make dough appropriate for your dumplings, you can use this to turn a dough ball into a skin. It does take some playing around to figure out an appropriate dough ball size to use. Since this is dependent on what you are making, you’ll have to figure this out for yourself.
