YES, performance noticeably improves!
My daily ride is an antique truck with nearly 200k miles on the engine. My question is simple: Does my truck run better with Dyno-tab? With nine months of usage behind me, I confidently answer "YES!"The old truck doesn't need a big octane boost. Just one tab per tankful results in a noticeable difference. (Now if could just find a cure to overcome the detriments of oxygenated fuel...)
