My windows are irregular in size and much higher than the average windows. This window vent product is outstanding. Great value for the price & delivered according to the schedule. There was a little paper "instruction booklet" complete with coloured photos of the product. The panels were shown in 2, 3, 4 arrangements. The entire unit was light weight and very easy to assemble. Panels adjust to about 90" length. The coupler fit my 5.1" hose. Wonderful little wildlife cover to place inside the coupler to discourage birds from setting up a nest. I had 2 life altering severe injuries to both arms/shoulders that severly limit my movements. If I can assemble these panels, an uninjured customer should manage easily.

The size was not large enough for the hose to fit in the given connector. So I had to use shipping tape.

i love being able to connect the panels this way compared to the old plastic piece that came with the panels i got with my a/c BUT i do wish the panels and the part that connects to the hose were made of a thin metal instead of plastic, to make them more sturdy, the part that connects to the hose and panel,doesnt stay in place good,it pops loose a lot leaving a small gap but this is as i said better than the original one i got with my a/c
