Supportive and does the job. I'm a female and size small to medium. Often these unisex braces are too large so I bought size small but barely fastens at the wrist. I then bought size medium and it is only fractionally larger.Strong metal support at thumb and thumb fastening velcro adjustable so if buying again, I would buy size Large. Definitely size up to fit comfortably around the wrist. Men and larger adults are likely to need 2 sizes larger.

It took me a while to figure out if this could be useful to me. But after a bit of fiddling and twiddling ive found its pretty near perfect In that it cuts the pain down in my thumb. Meaning I can use that hand a lot more.

Even after a bit of ear it doesn't become flexible enough to actually move my wrist, and it's not on too lose or too tight. The material inside is rubbing my skin as well and making my thumb sore.I got this to replace my NHS ones which are getting bobbly and worn, I was hopeful that the darker colour would also show less jumper fluff which the velcro picks up.Unfortunately I have small wrists and the arthritis is in my wrist but I feel it in my thumb joint, this braces isn't useful for me.

Really discreet but after a while it rubs around my thumb. Not as supportive as other supports as the wire is flexible, but still a huge help.

Great support and good quality was recommend this type by my physio, However the size ordered was a L ,I had ensured my measurement of wrist was correct before choosing the right size by the guide given, I find it a little too tight and would have bought the larger size had I known as after a while I need to take it off for a while before putting it back on.

Arrived on the exact day and is as described to treat tendon damage in my hand.
