Absolutely stunning book!
I almost never write reviews but it is so beautiful that I felt compelled to write a 5-star review. This book exceeded my expectations! The book is a piece of art and looks beautiful on my coffee table. The quality of the print and pages are superb! I cannot believe it was under $100. This book looks very expensive (I easily wouldโve guessed $250-$300). It would make a beautiful gift for a Klimt art lover! I 100% recommend this book!

I hardly ever write reviews. I was on the fence about purchasing this book... to me books are something you need to flip through, see, touch and feel before you can decide to buy. Book is great
Most will likely buy the book and put it on a coffee table and never open it. Big mistake! If you want to better understand Klimt and his work crack this book open and read it cover to cover. Itโs a great picture of the man and his work. I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

You CAN Judge a Book by Its Cover
Have wanted this book ever since I saw at the Neue Galerie in NYC years ago. The cover and first pages depict some of Klimt's best artwork, and serve as a perfect entry into the book itself. The accompanying text and photographs are valuable enhancements to the art as well, not just filler. Finally, the Amazon price is a genuine bargain, especially with free shipping, since the book weighs a ton. Can't recommend more highly or I would.

Estos libros Xl de taschen tienen unas impresiones maravillosas. Claro tienes que tener donde ponerlo. Es pesadisimo. Klimt es de mis tops. Quiero tener el de Vermeer y Van Eyck. Pero estรกn muy caros. Cuando son los descuentos de taschen?

First impression of the book was very good. Nicely sized volume with lots of content. Still it was disturbing to reach page 273 and discover the tear. The book was vacumn packed and delivered by Amazon, so one can only imagine they got a bulk deal for a production run that went sideways.
