Is this safe for dyed hair?

As far as I know, it is. My hair is highlighted.

I have fine/thinning/semi-oily hair and need something for daily use after workouts. How would this product work for someone like me?

Hi Joy, I use this product as well as their Volumizing shampoo product, which does leave hair very clean and volumized. Depending on the oiliness of my hair, I use more or less of each in combination -- to calm the frizz while providing the fluffy volume that I love.
