Puritan's Pride Premium Quercetin Dihydrate Plus Vitamin C 1400mg, Dietary Supplement for a Healthy Immune System, Heart, and Overall Health Support, 100 Rapid Release Capsules

I'm in my mid thirties and have developed seasonal allergies over the past 10 or so years. My allergies are difficult to say the least. Dust mites, pine & Birch trees, golden rod and a sensitivity to salicylates to name the big ones. Oh and I also have oral allergy syndrome to food items with similar proteins. This past spring (march/April) I started to take this supplement(just one pill) along with a glass of beet juice in the morning. Now I know your all gagging at the thought of drinking beet juice but with a little lemonade it's not bad. It's also very good for you, but I digress. Now I cannot say if it's one or the other but I have not had any sinus headaches, runny nose, itchy eyes or sleepless nights this year. I'm incredibly happy with this product, as far as I can tell it's worked wonders. I'm not on any medication any more and I can go outside again. Now please note that I do wear a mask during the height of tree pollen season. I can't bring myself to take the chance of a sinus headache but considering I'm doing my firewood at that time it just makes sense.

Perfect if you are trying to increase your vitamin C and quercetin. Noticed improvement on immune health.

These oullls are coated in something that is sour so if you don’t have the capability to swallow pills right off the bat, be cautious

A good option for money

Don't know how easy to swallow or flavor because I opened the capsule and sprinkled on food. This seems to work good and is probably heathier it eat with food.

Great way to get your Quercetin and C!I trust this company, have always gotten a good product from Puritan's Pride.

This is my second order. First bottle came with at least one, possibly two broken capsules. Contents of capsule throughout bottle. Had to wipe off every capsule & wash bottle. Thought it was a fluke.Second bottle arrived yesterday. Same situation.Will NOT buy this brand again.
