Id say this product tastes pretty darn sweet but not sure if this actually solves or supplements any digestive issues.

I took one packet every morning for about 3 weeks and it really worked for me.Since I was on a diet, I drastically reduced the amount of food. So it was difficult to go to the bathroom. So I tried several different products, and this product was the best for me.When I took the powder into my mouth, it felt like snow melted in my mouth. So yummy!Besides, it tasted so good that I don't forget to take it every day.

Definitely helps my bowel movement. It can kill my appetite and cravings for sweets. But that’s if I let it. Don’t get me wrong, if I want an M&M, nothing will stand in my way. Easy to mix with water or whatever drink, it has a sweet flavor. I expected it to be tasteless. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive but I enjoy this over other probiotics.
