HOBBYWING 30404309 Quicrun 3650 G2 10.5T Sensored Brushless Motor

Bought this and paired it up to a HW quickrun 120 amp esc. Seems to have plenty of power for my stadium truck. Probably not as fast as a race spec motor but I can't tell. I have to be careful what batteries i put in my rig because the system draws so much power It can brown-out and go into LIPO cutoff if I demand a good amount of throttle under load. Everything came factory sealed and typical HW top quality. Pleased with this system and motor seems to work just fine.

Motor arrived without the sensor, dirt proof ring, front bearings and bullet connectors. The sensor wire had a wire pulled out of the plug on one end and both connectors were beat up and ready to fall apart.Can anyone recommend further action I can take against the seller?
