I like these better than the other types of toe separators. I can wear them for hours without pain (I don’t have problem feet and toes; using these for problem prevention). I don’t think they can be worn inside sneakers or with sandals. To use them at home while practicing yoga, ballet barre, or pilates is great. I may try to swim with them. Of course them can be used doing pedicures.

I received one order of two gel toe separators. The packaging and delivery were as expected.The only thing that keeps me from giving this a 5 star review is that the item is too tight for my foot. I will make due, but there is a small amount of discomfort.Certainly worth the price paid.

These have really worked. I wear for about 2 hours each night and it has prevented me from walking on my pinky toe. I continue to use just to make sure my toes to not revert back to the way they were. Will order again when needed.
