Not Temporary as Advertised
Giving one star only due to false advertising and color not matching description.Pros:Color stays vibrant after multiple washes with only a single application.Hair feels soft after, non-damagingInexpensiveCons:More red than copperNot temporary, I’ve had permanent hair color wash out faster. No directions provided in packagingTo note, I am aware than even temporary hair colors can stain. But this color did not budge even a little after many, many washes. I also know that color will show up differently depending on the hair color it’s applied to. I have a blonde balayage and this turned my whole head auburn red. Not the worst but not the color I was going for.If you’re looking for a lasting red that is non-damaging, then this is for you. If you’re looking for a temporary change up, stay far away.

Works well, but more orange than copper
The product works phenomenally and lasted a really long time through 20+ washes… but it was very very orange and not copper. It did fade to a beautiful strawberry blonde color eventually though.

I had some issues with it, but figured it out in the end.
Terra Copper. It took 2 and a half bottles for one whole treatment of my hair (including hair testing). To get this result (pic #3), I washed my hair with hot water and dried it completely. I put the product on completely dried hair. I sectioned off my hair and started at the bottom of my head, and worked up. Only after I had completely covered my head evenly had I started the 3 hour timer. I then washed it out with water as cold as I could stand it.The reason behind the way I used this is below.I got this thinking it would turn my hair a bit brighter orange than it came out. My hair is naturally a dark blonde color, which kinda matched what the box had for an example. The first picture is my natural hair color. I was going as Kim Possible for a Halloween party (last pic). The first time I tested it, for 15 mins, you could hardly see a red tint to the hair if I shined it in the light. I tried again on the same section for another 20 minutes (for a total of 35 mins) and started to see a little difference (pic #2). I washed my hair the next day, and the test was completely gone, I was surprised. I had followed the box instructions with even more time, and it was gone. I wanted it to last at least long enough for one shower before the party. So I tried again. This time, 1 hour. It was still hard to see, and nothing like the example for dark brown on the box. So, the day before the party, I decided to leave it on for 2 hours, but I got nervous it wouldn't turn out bright enough for what I wanted and left it in another hour.A few days after the party: it's still orange/red. I don’t see any damage to my hair. I have virgin hair (no dyes) and very rarely use any heat on my hair, so I'd notice any new damage. I'll try to come back and update when it all washes out and is back to normal.

Great alternative to regular hair dyes
I am in my seventies and tired of repeated hair dyeing to cover my gray roots but did not want to endure the "skunk" line trying to grow out the gray (my hair is long and I did not want to cut it off either). With this product, in a shade similar to my preferred hair color I have been able to stop damaging my hair with repeated hair dye sessions and grow out my gray with no line - just a blended shade from root to ends with great gloss. It says it does not color gray, which is true, but the tinted gloss still bridges the color from the gray to the lengths of the hair. Love it. If you want to grow out your gray, give it a try.

Cannot believe how well this toner worked!
I wanted to lighten my hair this summer without bleaching it. I normally have natural reddish brown hair. I like using toners/glosses/semi-permanent colors to change my hair shade a bit while keeping it healthy. I used a hydrogen peroxide lightening spray several times and liked how it lightened the top layer of my hair. My hair lightened with the spray but also ended up with some orange brassy effects as well as blonde highlights. Used blue shampoo and conditioning mask to tone down the orange. They worked minimally on their own. So, I decided to try the Clairol Cool Blonde Gloss to see if it would help with the brassy and bring out the blonde highlights a bit more. Did the trick! I was not optimistic when I used it, but it definitely worked. Disclaimer, I did use the blue shampoo first, then a normal intense conditioner, towel dried my clean hear, and applied the gloss for 20 minutes. I put a plastic processing cap over my glossed hair for the 20 minutes. The orange is very toned down, and the blonde is more prominent and ashy, not so yellow.Update: This gloss works like the Garnier Color Reviver hair mask. It does not last 10 washes. It is something you use weekly as a conditioning hair mask. The cost is comparative or less expensive than similar products. I like the color result better than the Garnier mask. It does have a strong scent, which I like, but if you are scent averse, you will not like it.

Eh
So super easily to apply and smells great. I used this for my six year old her hair is blonde but more of a dirty blonde. All it did was darken her hair. The first 24 hours there was some blue hues that could be seen in the sunlight. Within 48 hours you couldn’t see anything at all. She was super excited for blue hair for Christmas break and sadly this didn’t deliver. I would only use this if you had extremely light blonde hair.
