No invoice for Warranty
Although the product is with 5 year warranty, I am not able to claim it without proof of purchase. Seller didn’t send any invoice or any instructions on warranty. I had an issue with previous S2R and whem contacted the seller want me to send this to factory in China for a replacement. Courier cost itself is many times more than the product. We need to have a local dealer to take care of Olight complaints.
