I got these hooks to hold up some string lights outside. They were very easy to put up. The little clasp bit is perfect for beeping things in as they can’t fall out. I got 24pcs set that was plenty to put up all of my light with some to spare. The instructions even tell you what size drill bit you need to put the plugs into.They are quite sturdy and would definitely be able to hold heavier items up, they also look ok as they are just black. The price is good for what they are and how many you get along with all the wall plugs.

This is my second purchase of these hooks. The first lot have been out in all weathers since last year and still look brand new. Easy to fit and straightforward use. Exceptional quality and I find all kinds of uses for them. Excellent value.

You get hooks, plugs and a specially designed tool to help screw the hooks in place...The tool can be attached to a cordless drill or cordless screwdriver, very clever idea.The hooks themselves are very sturdy with a simple but effective spring close mechanism. Ideal for clipping cables into that you want held in place but then remove the cable easily when no longer needed.Example : For outdoor Christmas lights that need to be secure but can be easily removed later and the hooks can stay in place for next time.Great value for money

Used to hang party lights across 50 ft. across50 ft. back porch. Driver worked great. Pre. drilled holes made it easier to start hooks.

Needed some hooks to hang up patio lights. These things are built great, the little spring loaded lever keeps the lights from falling off and I even used it to guide the power cord down a wood post. I wouldn’t say these are self tapping, but with a little pilot hole and the bit included they are super easy to install. Buy these if you want both the hooks and the bit in one. Great value.

These were perfect to put up a screen on the white PVC fence. Small pilot holes were drilled ahead of time because it was pvc. They drive into wood fine as they are. I don’t know if I would trust their strength in sheetrock alone, as with any small screw, in my opinion. The bit made fast work of installation and the hooks withstood HIGH winds for several days without any failure. I am very happy and have extras for other projects.

It arrived in perfect condition but I am missing the wing nut driver.
