Bad quality, return back the money
Bad quality,Money wasted, total money was wasted, Inspite of exchange of product, printer never show cartridge full, always showing cartridge out of ink, only 2 colour glossy page print now showing 811 c have no ink change the cartridge, very bad and exhausting experience, never purchase cartridge from this vendor, total money was wasted, refund my money asap

Unable to take out photo or video
As I already mentioned these cartridges do not work on my printer F4288. I would like to return / replace them with suitable cartridges. I have tried the second cartridges but unable to take a print out as a message has been received that it is a previously Used cartridge. I have taken out a photo but how do I send it?
