Excellent little travel laptop!!
What more can you ask for out of a small computer? Fast, budget friendly, excellent mouse pad, excellent screen resolution. Thumbs up!

Very slow but generally ok for the cost
My previous laptop crashed so I needed something quick and cheap while I researched a more permanent one. I am not too tech-savvy but I would say This asus is fine for those needing a basic computer, word processing, etc. Coming from a faster laptop, this one is annoyingly slow both is general CPU processing and Internet speed. Takes forever for websites to load. Video is ok once it gets started. Screen resolution is significantly worse than my previous, which has taken time to get used it. I didn't really think it would matter much for what I use my laptop for but it really makes a difference.

Warranty has expired
I went online to register the new laptop and when I entered the Serial and model the ASUS website states the warranty has already expired and I can't get an extension.I actually really like the little thing, it's exactly what I was looking for for traveling on vacation.Disappointed , not sure if I want to return it or not.Stay tuned...

Great for travel, but limited in use
My wife got me this laptop off my wishlist for my birthday. There are aspects I really like about it, primarily that it is small and lightweight with an ourstanding battery life, so it's perfect for working on-the-go. It could last a couple of weeks between charges with light use. It is also capable of upgrading to Windows 11, you just have to disable S Mode first. That being said, it does have a pretty significant drawback in that there's not much processing power. I couldn't use basic programs like Google Chrome or Excel without the programs lagging or crashing. Ultimately, I ended up returning it for another option. For very basic use, such as taking notes for school or business, I would recommend this as a good budget option. It fills that purpose very well. But for anything requiring more processing power or visual work, like photos or videos, I would advise looking elsewhere.
