Back Wedge Cushion for Support, Stress Relief, and Posture When Sitting in Chair Or Car (Large Size 15”)

Its just the foam no cover. No problem. Not too soft just right. I ordered the small. The firmness orks great for back support.

This is perfect if you want to sit on something hard as a cinder block. OMG is it ever hard. It was really painful to sit on.

I bought 2 of these in 2020 and they really helped me. They lift your tailbone enough, so that it prevents a lot of back issues that come from sitting in a flat chair.They have both lasted for a long time and I didn't feel the need to buy a new one until 2024. The new one I'm using has been a different experience. When I first put it on my chair and sat on it, it felt extremely firm. I assumed that this was normal and I just didn't remember how it felt in the beginning the last time I bought one of these (I mean, it was 4 years ago).I've been trying to break this wedge in for almost 2 months now. It is still very firm and I don't think it's helping me the way my previous wedge did. The extreme firmness of it gives me lower back pain, if I sit on it for too long.For reference, I weigh about a hundred pounds. Reading the reviews of this thing, I noticed a lot of the older reviews said it was "too soft" and now, some reviews are saying it is too firm. If the company changed the firmness of this wedge, here is my suggestion: offer 2 different wedges. There should be a firmer option and a softer option.

your wedge is absolutely the greatest find I have ever made. I am now able to sit in my power chair more comfortably, up straight and not twisting my back. it is soft enough to be easy on my behind but firm enough to hold a person up in the right sitting position. it is a great product and anyone needing this should contact this seller to buy. it has made my life a whole lot better and less painful. thank you very much for your effort in bringing this about and going the extra mile to get the size I needed. you are a treasure among sellers. everyone needs someone to make their lives easier and better, and you certainly fill that bill. again, thank you very much.

I have bought 5 support pillows on Amazon for the car seat which has a horrible open V in the seat tilting down. Horrible for my hips and causes throbbing pain. Why they make car seats like this disturbs me.Each other pillow brand claimed to be firm, and all were pretty pricey at that. None were firm at all! This wedge pillow was the cheapest one of all and actually the only one that was firm. Go figure.It will fill in that open v and make the seat an even flat plane. For me, it is so firm that I will then need to put another softer pillow on top of this one because the firmness alone is too hard and stiff. But with another softer just regular pillow on top it solves the problem.

Using this at my desk chair makes maintaining an upright and relaxed posture so much easier. I have less pain in low back, tailbone, and neck when I use this all day. It is firm enough to maintain a better seated angle at my hips, while providing a sense of cushioning. After sitting on it for hours, it does show slight indentations where my weight has been, but soon returns to normal shape and appearance, so I expect it to last a while.

My physical therapist recommended that I use the Back Wedge Cushion to help align my posture while sitting at the computer at work. The Back Wedge Cushion is very comfortable to sit on, and, along with using a lower back support cushion and elevating my feet on a riser under my desk (because I'm only 5-feet), the ergonomics at my desk improved to the point that my neck and shoulders stay more relaxed and do not tighten up as they had been doing. I also set a timer to remind me to get up and stretch and to take a two-minute walk every 20 minutes (about a 5-minute break all in all).

This is just a regular wedge of cheap foam - not worth the $18 I spent.
