I used two of these together to put under a spot of my platform bed with drawers because the floor in my apartment is not level. That caused the drawers on one side to be crooked and not close. I put these under the center part between the two drawers and now they sit right. I’m so happy these work because otherwise I would have had to buy a dresser. They slide very well on the carpet and under an extremely heavy bed. I just hammered them to get them in and it literally took two minutes! I also used two together to level a heavy file cabinet, also on an uneven floor. The only thing that you have to be careful about is that you make sure you have them flat before trying to push them in or they can snap at the break lines. Otherwise I really like these and would recommend them.

Shims work great when installing window covering before a storm.

Great shims, easy to use, and easy to adjust. I purchase a few packages of this product as I had to rebuild most of my deck. I like the fact that they can easily be snapped off to the right size. Additionally these will last longer than wooden shims since I'm using them to shim the beck boards that will get wer often.

These shims are larger and strong. I have hammered them and put a great deal of weight on them. They are easy to use and can be broken into smaller shims. I also like the fact that they are made of a polymer so moisture won't damage them.

Have a project in the back yard that I wanted something that would not rot on me like wood. This one didn't come in retail packaging like my last order but I guess its ok sine I have already used it in the past. Would recommend.

Used these to shim up one end of a display cooler that wasn't draining properly because it wasn't level. Seems to be working. I wanted black ones so that they blend in with the color of the cooler cabinet and don't stick out like wooden ones would. Also, since they come connected in a sheet I could keep them together as one large shim to support the whole side of the thing and not have to try and fiddle with lining up consecutive stacks of individual shims.

These were just OK for me. I used them for hanging some pre-hung doors. They are made from hard plastic, which is good but when you need to break them off its kind of a pain. They are like notched so they break off at the notch. When you try and break them at the thickest point its not that easy. I actually had to use a pair of pliers to kind of rip the extra plastic off.

I have a lot of bookshelves and was worried about them tipping forward and being unstable on carpeting. These shimmies were the perfect answer and work great
