The product seems sturdy enough, though the strap could be stronger and more shoulder friendly. The big drawback on this item is the smell. I opened it and laid it on my table. Within a few minutes the odor permeated the whole room. I am going to wash it and see if the odor comes out. If not, I will be returning it. I am editing this because I did wash it (actually let it soak overnight) and the smell did not come out at all. I did return this.

Bought this for a trip to Iceland and it worked great - it fit on two types of water bottles with no issue, kept them cool, and made it easy to grip and grab when hiking. The straps were a life saver for hikes where two hands are on rails, rocks or camera and I could loop thru backpack or other straps and hike hands free. Cute design too. I should not have to say this but - real person, really bought this and really my opinion and I get nothing in return beyond helping others.

Keeps cold in, didn't try hot beverage. Design so very cool. Strap could be a bit more sturdy and substantial but for the price? I'll replace strap if I have to. Very happy with purchase.
