Brother PE800 Embroidery Machine received with 1100 Yards Trilobal Polyester Embroidery Machine Thread but the sewing Clips with Tin Box Not received - CHECKED THE PERIPHERY OF THE BOX..Found the tin full of clips inside and my rating changed to a 5.I have not used the machine yet but over all it is a good deal.Delivered on time

Great machine
Customer service is amazing, my original machine had problems and we were able to return it and receive a new one! The machine is great for smaller designs with fewer details than pictures. But I do simple designs now, after a year of digitizing intricate and complex designs. But great for those who are learning embroidery and want to embroider shirts, towels, sweatshirts, and etc.
