KEEN Utility Men's Cincinnati 6" Leather Soft Toe Work Boots

I’ve worn Keens for years, so when I saw these work boots they immediately caught my attention. A co worker wears these and after hearing their rave reviews I immediately got these. These were comfortable from day one. No break in period needed. Well made and good looking. Supports a narrow foot and is waterproof so far. Performance has been great. No complaints with this boot. Highly recommend.

I think I’m an inch taller in these (can’t complain about that). These are definitely waterproof, especially with some mink oil or leather conditioner on them (I use obernaufs). If I get them muddy I literally just point a water hose at my foot for a sec and then wipe them off with a rag and my sock never gets wet. The only downside of them being so non-porous is that in Houston summers your feet get pretty toasty in them. And they’re a bit heavy but I don’t mind cause it makes them feel quality. Have had them for a year now and wear and tear is very minimal even wearing them to work outside 5 days a week. Pretty comfortable too

I have tried quite a few different moc toe boots, thorogoods, Carolinas etc, but these are far and away more comfortable to me. I would attribute it more so to the wide toe box for the comfort, Than say anything inherently better than the other moc toes I've tried.The tread on these seems to be much more durable than the regular Christy sole, and a step above the maramec sole on the thorogoods.These are also much more durable than the san jose boot they make, an order of magnitude better.The only 2 real negatives to these boots are the padded collar make wearing slim jeans a no go as leg opening isnt wide enough. Secondly the weight, these feel about 15% heavier than thorogoods.

Shoes were comfortable right out of the box, looks great and the fit is perfect. . If they hold up as well as the initial look and feel these will be fantastic boots.

The picture shows a pair of very loved boots (although a bit dirty). I am writing this 8 months after my purchase.Yes, they required a week or two of break in, after which you will prefer to wear these instead of your favorite tennis shoes.I like a wide toe box, so I mink oiled the boots and massaged the toe area quite a bit during the first 2 weeks. Worked like a charm.They are very sturdy leather and yet somehow not sweaty boots at all (I have hot feet). They are non-marking soles and enough cushion to be happy on your feet for a long day.I love these boots for inside work, ladder, roof, warehouse, and even outside work.Caution- I have worked these boots inside and outside quite a bit very happily, but don't think that they will grip like a lugged boot. I have slipped on ice, algae, mud, oily wet pavement, and wet tiles.I will definitely keep these as long as possible and have them resoled when necessary. I look forward to buying a pair of steel toe Thorogoods for logging work.

I purchased 4 pairs of boots at the same time to do a comfort test. These Keen, Thorogood, Wolverine and Irish Setter. The Keen were the most comfortable but I didn't care for the bulky look. If you don't mind the look, these boots felt amazing.

The boots are great. Problem after wearing these for about a month my left boot the sole is slightly tilted inward. I removed the inside foot sole and it is still tilted inward on the left boot only. I will send my boots back to Keen to see what they can do. Other than that I love these boots!

These boots are my daily wear and suffer a lot of abuse. Keep them buffed out and spray some water proofing product on them every month or so and these boots will do you well. Only one set of fast hooks for lacing however they are ankle boots.

I have the safety toe version of these and one they were broken in are by far the most comfortable boots I have worn. I just had to get the soft toe for casual wear. Same great boot just without the toe cap. I am sure these will get many years of comfortable use.
