Installation was easy thanks to great directions HOWEVER, be sure to loosen the 4 stainless PCB screws and thread all 9 backplate screws in to center the standoffs BEFORE installing the backplate. Once that's done torque down the 4 stainless screws to hold the alignment and pull the 9 black screws out. THEN install the backplate as per directions or you will never get it on correctly.
