Despite noticing a few scratches and imperfections upon receiving the product, which I believe was Amazon's fault and not the seller, as it was probably a return. I decided to contact the seller and request a partial refund.Much to my surprise, the seller promptly responded and kindly refunded a significant portion of the original amount. I must say, I am genuinely impressed by the seller's professionalism and excellent customer service.Furthermore, I am very satisfied with the product, particularly when considering the discounted price. In fact, if it weren't for those minor scratches and imperfections, I would have gladly paid the full price, as the item appears to be sturdy and of good quality.
