I started taking these in the morning when I woke up and didn't notice any major effects beyond my typical routine. So on day 3, 4, 5, and so on, I took them after I ate lunch and this is when I noticed an afternoon of clarity and energy, I was quite surprised. It's also not quite as intense as the Keto Drive powdered product which I love taking before a long run (6-15 miles).Typically I work out after work, but sometimes grudgingly, but after the taking these in the afternoon I was pumped to go get some cardio in. I actively do the Keto diet and so this fit right in. I wouldn't say I noticed a considerable difference, but being on a clean diet I could still notice a difference. I also travel for work a lot so this could not be any more convenient for on the go people.Overall, I would recommend this product to people who are too busy for a shaker, traveling or don't like the taste of the powdered Keto Drive product. Also, looking forward to this but with caffeine!

My wife absolutely loves this stuff! She has tried a number of other products to help with energy and focus, but has always struggled to find one that worked consistently, that didn't have caffeine in it (caffeine works, but always has a stronger side effect, which isn't worth it). I bought this one for her on a whim, and after her first bottle she was very adiment that we re-order it. Her experience was she felt a lot more energized, without the high that comes with caffeine, and for her she says she feels "less bloated". I am not sure that there is anything significant with the weightloss or ketotic effect, or in her words "bloated", but she has felt much more energized, productive and has trained harder as a result. Definitely one we'd recommend on energy boost without the caffeine.

I have used the powder form prior to this one. I like the product so far. Having pills is easier than having to deal with powder and mixing. It does help with my cravings to want to eat. We will see how it does in 30 days. So far so good.

Good supplement did what it was suppose to do and help me shed extra weight

I have been really impressed with Zhou Nutrition’s products as well as their customer service. I have been on the ketogenic diet for a year and found these Keto Drive capsules to give me energy and clarity without feeling the least bit cracky. I take two capsules first thing in the morning and while they go to work in a subtle way, unlike getting hit with a high dose of caffeine, I do find noticeable energy and a desire to get things done!! Good product!
