Convenient & eco friendly
This pour over dripper is honestly the greatest. I don’t care much if it’s eco friendly (it’s a plus) but it def is friendly for my bank account considering I don’t have to constantly buy coffee filters. It’s somewhat easy to clean -I suggest to use a different brush not the one that’s included bec that one doesn’t clean it very well. I use a brush with finer bristles which cleans much more efficiently.

Was a great addition to camping gear
I prefer to have fresh coffee but I am not a big instant person, even though I will drink it. I took this on a camping trip and was super happy with it.Threw my kettle on the grate for our fire and just did a slow pour. SLOW pour, too fast and it will overflow LOL but that's any filter. give it time to soak through your grounds and enjoy! Also it slid around on my metal cup with the curved rim a bit, but worked fine on the other cups without shifting.

Good product
Easy to use & it doesn’t rust. To make a good pour over, use a goose neck kettle & slowly pour in. Watch a YouTube video & it’s easy to use. Don’t use a regular kettle because it will result in diluted coffee. Easy to travel with & clean.

Takes too long to get in the cup
It takes too long to brew. My coffee is cold by the time it’s close to stop dripping.

My favorite coffee filter!
I've tried other metal coffee filters and have been happy with them, but I wanted to try this one to test the design of the base for superiority over my others. I was correct in my assertions that this one would be better, and it's hands down my favorite coffee filter to date. I brew coffee with it daily, and it it has been working perfectly for me.The base of this filter that fits over the jar or cup mouth has a much wider opening than others of mine. It doesn't let the drip-through pool up on the base and gather surface tension, only to run off onto the stove or counter- all of the brewed drink goes right where it's supposed to.This coffee filter performs excellently with any size of grind that I put to it, though finer grinds do take a bit longer of course. It's still so much faster than paper melitta filters, and I never run out!The stand base and separate filter design make scrubbing this coffee filter much easier than the ones with an attached base, and I strongly prefer this style. It's also easier to soak the filter when needed thanks to this design.I've come to find that these metal filters can collect buildup after a while and they need a bit of extra cleaning. I simply put the filter into a container large enough to fit, and cover it with white distilled vinegar to soak overnight. The next day I sprinkle baking soda and a few drops of soap into the filter and give it a good scrubbing with a dish brush, then a thorough rinse with hot water, and it goes back to quickly draining through with even espresso-fine grinds. The vinegar can be saved and reused for the coffee filter, or put to other cleaning jobs.I am quite impressed with this filter all around, so much so that I don't even bother putting it into a cabinet- it stays on my stove, ready for its next use in a short amount of time.Gocoffun Pour Over Coffee Dripper, Reusable Cone Coffee Filter 1-4 cup, Stainless Steel Portable Coffee Filters Coffee Maker with Cleaning Brush for Home Office Travel Camping

Great little pour over filter, with some problems UPDATED
Updated: I cannot recommend this thing after all. Within a few weeks of having it, it stopped filtering at all--nothing goes through it. Weird.I drink pour over coffee almost exclusively, and wanted to get away from the disposable filters. This looked just like what I needed, so I got it. It has a lot of good features: super easy to use and clean, and it looks nice too, and doesn't take up too much space. The screen is very fine, so no coffee grounds got through. The screen is so fine--yet works so well--that I suspect I could even use this on rooibois tea, which is very fine indeed. On to the problems. The silicone (? rubber?) ring around the base was half off when it came out of the package. I couldn't get it back on. It doesn't really matter in terms of operation, but kind of not a good idea to have something breaking right out of the package. I also don't get why the coffee scoop has a brush on the end of it. For cleaning the screen I guess, but it seems odd to me to have it on the end of the coffee scoop, and frankly, it didn't help with cleaning it all (but the mesh did just rinse clean). I don't really see this thing lasting that long. Finally, as others have noted, it makes a fairly weak cup of coffee. I have another cup filter like this that doesn't start filtering until you put it on the cup, which means you can let it brew a longer. I much prefer that filter to this one, although that one uses disposable filters. There may be a trick to learning to do a good pour-over, so perhaps my complaints reflect that, but for now, I think I'll keep using my other filter with the new reusable linen filters I found on Amazon. I might use this to filter tea after I've steeped it in a pot--it is a great fine mesh filter. But overall, this doesn't quite suit my needs.

Works good, but you still need a paper filter for the Cofestrol oil in all coffee.
This is a good looking coffee drip system, and does work well.My husband travels and said this type is a hassle , compare to the regular type.It needs to be washed with a kitchen brush after using it But more important is you still need to useA paper cone coffee filter as all coffee has a oil that causes a cholesterol problem if you don’t useA paper filter to absorb it.The Oil is call Cofestol, and Kohweol. Many people that eat low cholesterol , but drink allot of coffee can’t understand why they have a high cholesterol , this could be the reason! If your looking for a good coffee dripper this does work good. Although the wire cage that holds this canBe knocked over easy, and it’s just another gimmick I think. This is my honest opinion.

Could be great but
I really wanted to like this pour-over filter and I do like the actual filter part although it is quite slow dripping but it is hard to clean and easier to line with a paper filter which slows it more and defeats the purpose. My mail issue with it is the bottom part. They clearly know it has sharp edges as they included a rubber/silicone ring around the edge but it was not properly on the edge on arrival and doesn’t seem to stay on,It feels like it could be amazing with some minor tweaks to the design but not worth cutting myself on the edge again or cleaning the filter with a toothbrush to get all the grinds out.
