I'm here to update: The seller did reach out and send me a replacement. Very different than my original purchase but very cute. I've used it a few times and so far so good!This seller is so kind and certainly puts their heart and soul into their business.Looks cute but completely stopped working after just a few times used. Total piece of junk.

The first one I received had a huge crack in the glass. It happens sometimes, so I did a return and received a new warmer. It arrived quickly, undamaged, and worked great. For about a month. Now, it won't stay on longer than a minute. No matter what I try - different plug, new bulb, clean everything - it shuts itself off. It looks like the timer switch is failing which is ridiculous after only a month of use a few hours a day. Don't waste your time or money.

At first the product was working great and I was really enjoying the was it looked in my room, but it just stopped working one day. The power button doesn't work anymore so now the whole thing is useless.UpdateAfter the company got with me, they were very nice and willing to send me a refund or replacement for the broken one I have. Very nice people to work with, the new one arrived and has been working perfectly! Honestly love how this looks so I was disappointed at first when this product broke but the new one has been working great so far.

So sad about this one 😔 Super cute but just stopped working after a couple of days. Bulb was fine, must’ve been a short in the inner wiring. I loved that it had a timer on it, and gave a very rustic feel. Just a dud I guess.

Initially this wax melter arrived broken, but the seller reached out and provided a new one which arrived in perfect condition. I've been using it the past week and it works great and looks awesome on the shelf. The built in timer works great as well.

UPDATE: Customer service for this product is great. They reached out to me and sent me a new wax warmer, identical to the original one. Honestly, I'm still worried that the new one will break in short order as well, but we shall see. If it does I will absolutely post another review.Well the title says it all. Ordered on Dec. 30. This morning, April 2 it stopped working. The on/off/timer button stopped working to be more specific. Seems like a lot of customers had the same issue.Clearly QC failed for this product and the seller should stop selling it.

I bought this item because I loved the look of it. I read the reviews, but stupidly went ahead with my purchase anyway.I loved the ability to put it on a timer! But one day, I went to turn it on, it blinked and went dead. I immediately changed the bulb (with the extra bulb that came with it), but nothing. Just like that (a few weeks out if the return window), and now I'm stuck with a useless item. It won't turn on, so it won't give light or melt the wax, so what good is it now?All in all, it's nice looking, has a timer, melts wax like it should, but it costs a lot of money to only get a month's worth of usage out of it.And I can't even use it as a paperweight!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Used intermittently for a month now it doesn't work. Ordered another bulb for it and that's not the problem has an internal short. Would not recommend purchasing this.
