Can't review the sink, but the customer service was great.
I bought this sink to go with a vanity top that I also ordered from amazon. Unfortunately the vanity top did not work with my vanity so I had to return the top and the sink. I returned the sink without ever opening the box. I wanted to submit this review, however, to say that the customer service from this company was outstanding. They returned the item with no questions asked. I wish I had such positive response about the vanity top!

It Was Just What We Wanted!
We purchased another sink from Home Depot that was so late getting here that our renovation had to be postponed. We thought, what the heck we'll try Amazon. The sink came within 2 working days - packaged beautifully! We were thrilled!

Unadvertised change of design; CAUTION
AT some time, Decolav made the 1401 in a oval rim design. I have a granite top with this sink installed. I dropped a glass into it and the coating cracked (my fault). I ordered a new 1401 and discovered the design had been changed. The front to back dimension was shortened about 7/16" so that the new sink has the unfinished rim exposed thru the granite top opening. I have advised Decolav of this issue. Note that some web sites show the old dimensions and some the new dimension but all list the sink as a 1401. In my opinion, the model number should have been changed when the design was changed. If you are replacing a old design 1401, beware of this issue. Take care.

bought this and it was suppose to be a certain size and when I received it it was huge. Had to send it back. Also not glazed on the rim which I needed. Company did take it back with free shipping so that was nice. Other than that it was a nice sink.
