Fantastic stuff, stick it in everything!
Updated review: I’ve been using this for about 6 months now, and it’s worked absolute wonders! I suffer with IBD and I’ve seen a definite improvement on my tummy issues. My acid reflux has improved, my stools are more regular, it’s great.I’ve also been complemented on my skin and hair looking much nicer, which I guess is the collagen doing it’s thing. When I forget to take it, I feel more sluggish and tired, and weirdly I find I don’t sleep as well (not sure if it helps with sleeping too?)I like that it easily blends into my coffee without leaving clumps like some collagen products too. I leave it on the kitchen side and stick it in lots of stuff now, porridge, baking, even a stew one time! It’s completely tasteless, if anything, it just makes already milky stuff like coffee and porridge feel slightly creamier (which is a plus in my books!)Really impressed with this and everyone I’ve recommended it to has been impressed too.

Good product - Convenient pack format - But comparatively high daily cost.
I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you.A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else. The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from Advanced Biotics ticks the right boxes. This particular product requires you to use one sachet per day, so this pack equates to a 14 day supply.I am not the best at swallowing capsules, so having the option to simply add this to my daily protein shake is quite appealing. At the current price of £21.60 for 14 sachets these work out at a surprisingly high £1.54 per day, although these sachets also include collagen, which I also use on a daily basis and usually have to buy separately.I have used and reviewed a number of good quality probiotics that have come in at around the 60p per day cost level and the collagen powder I use would cost around 40-50p per day.So, at £1.54 these are still about 40% higher than I would expect that combined cost to be.Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do. These have worked well for me and not caused any adverse effects such as flatulence or an unsettled stomach. Were it not for the relatively high daily cost I would certainly consider adding these to my list of probiotics to use regularly. However, given that price premium I would probably only purchase these to take away with me on holiday, when the convenience of the individual sachets would be beneficial.I hope you find these insights helpful.

Contains milk and bovine collagen
The media could not be loaded. It helped me with joint pain problems I had lately, typically from bone stiffness that is gone, and thanks to the pre-biotics its helping to keep my gut healthy, I know it helps I can feel it when I go to the bathroom, but not that much difference because I always take good care of my gut these days. My main problem with this is poor value for money 14 days supply at 20 quid is a tad overpriced in my opinion. I have used cheaper products that do the same thing, there are a lot of collagen and pre-biotic supplements out there, I'd suggest looking for cheaper option as they all have the similar ingredients. This contains animal byproduct and milk, It is not Vegan. Bovine Collagen comes from animal byproduct boiled in water which includes bones when the collagen is extracted during the boiling process, its dried and powdered to form a supplement called bovine collagen, you can get Vegan versions of collagen too. This is still a good product if it were maybe 1-3 months supply at 20 quid, but the competiion for this is high. Doesn't taste or smell of anything, comes in handy sachets, above average product but poor value for money.

Brill, significant results!
I have suffered with bloating for some time and due to dietary restrictions have struggled to find a solution. This product was recommended by a friend who discovered it at a nutrition conference - I am only a few days in and the relief has been significant, I have tried in smoothies and hot drinks so far, it hasn't altered taste at all. I just with I could put it on a subscribe and save.

Wow who would have thought it Amazing
After struggling with bloating for a number of years and trying all sorts including changing my diet and cutting down on meat I am totally impressed by what difference this powder has made and how by adding it into my morning coffee it totally blends in without tainting the drink. The compound appears to have a great blend of additional benefits all which are a welcome addition, happy days.

Not quite fizzy feelgood, but...
Having recently had a bit of food poisoning, I figured it was worth giving my digestive system a bit of a boost, and this seemed like a perfect way to do it!Initial impressions were good - the powder is odourless and tasteless - but it didn't fare as well when I tried to mix it with a cold and lightly carbonated fruit drink; I ended up with a lumpy mess, complete with bits floating on top of the liquid and some sludge in the bottom of the cup.Thankfully, things went a lot better when I tried to add it to a cup of warm fruit tea; it all dissolved without a trace! But I'm definitely less than inclined to try mixing it with any other cold drinks. That aside, it's a bit hard to know for certain if this stuff is doing anything, but at the very least, I can say that my digestive system has been stable over the last few!
