Great for strengthening your hands
These balls are a variety of strengths, and when squeezing these balls you can really feel your muscles work. Out of all the balls I have squeezed, these ones you can really go to town on, and no stomach pains!!! Result

Useful for strengthening grip
My wife recently had a major shoulder operation. Bought these as part of the muscle strengthening process. They’re small enough to fit in her hand comfortably so do the job well.

Amazing therapy
This is excellent therapy tool. Each putty is a totally different strength. Each one has been colour coded, from very soft to very hard. So far I’m on the very soft, and I must admit, it’s been helping my fingers ,wrist strength and coordination. Highly recommend giving this therapy a go.
