Great for kids and adults
I love this thing, possibly more than my littles. It’s nice to mess with when in meetings and things, but it also distracts my littles when they’re overwhelmed.

Provided good sensory input
This is squishy and bumpy and provides a lot of sensory contrast which helps me focus a little. I find to get the full benefit you have to be barefoot but I like that you do more than rock back and forth.

Great device to help increase focus
I have back issues and am fidgety which usually results in a lot of moving around and changing positions while working, studying, etc. When sitting on this it is somewhat the same concept as sitting on a yoga ball, but on a smaller scale and less distracting way. Sitting on this promotes sitting up straight and not moving around a lot (or else you fall over). Better posture and less movement leads to better focus on whatever I am trying to do.You can also use this as a foot rest, which is nice. It has small, firm bumps which feel nice rubbing on the bottom of my feet and if I am in a leg bouncing mood I can do that on this and it makes it so the whole floor doesn't shake and distract others. As far as how sturdy it is- the silicone/plastic is thick and flexible. I am a 175 lbs and it has no problems at all at this weight.

This contraption is awesome!
I ordered this focus pad for my 8-year-old son, but I would try it out myself while I spend hours on my computer for work. It's mine now. There's just a bit of give, or bounce, to it and I rest my feet on it. I can sort of march on it while sitting and it really does help to keep me comfortable. I like that it keeps my legs moving almost subconsciously to keep the blood flowing. It's 1000 times better than a stationary foot rest! The shape (slightly angled) is perfect for my feet to rest on as well.I sometimes put a blanket over my feet to keep them warm and I have had to kick my dog off of this focus pad when I return to my desk! He actually loves it if there is a blanket over it and will curl up on it. I imagine it's like an air mattress for him? He's about 20 pounds so not a large dog.I really have nothing negative to say about this pad. It comes pumped up, but a pump is included in the package.

Like a fidget toy, but for your whole body
This little seat is great for kids that have lots of wiggle energy. They can sit on it and bounce while on the chair, stand on it using it as a balance board, or sit on it while on the floor. You can tap it or sway while on it and it can help you focus when you have jitters due to whatever condition, personality, or level of excitement you’re experiencing.

Great flexible seating option for autistic or neurodivergent kids
This 3-in-1 focus pad is perfect for use in the classroom, home, or therapy setting for autistic or ND kids. It's very durable, and can definitely accommodate up to the stated 200 lb weight limit. I love that is so portable and versatile. I see different groups throghout the day, so it's nice that I can move this to the seat where it is needed during different parts of the day. Another option is to hang it on a hook in the classroom, allowing students that need it to take it to their seat as they come in to the room. It's can also be used as a floor seating pad- perfect for kids that have sensory difficulties that prevent them from sitting on the ground/rug. The material is easy to clean and can easily be wiped down between uses. This is an excellent choice for anyone that wants to implement flexible seating as a UDL strategy in their classroom on a budget.

Good for focus!
This pad seems to work well for the little wigglers in my room. They can stand on it or sit on it and get some wiggles out while they are working. I like how it is versatile. Kids can put it on their chair to sit on, can stand on it on the floor, or sit on it on the floor.

Rubbery cushion
The rubber material feels is great. It is thick and feels durable. The hand pump is okay and it takes some time to pump the cushion. You can deflate with the pump as well by not inserting it all the way.The bumps are different sizes on each side. There is some stamping on the each side that tells which side is for feet or seating. It can get a bit bulky and is not lightweight but not too heavy either.Depending on your body size and conditions, it can help in uses of long or short periods of time. I tend to play around with it as I use the computer at home, just to get the body moving.
