Amaranth has a nutty flavor and is high in protein and other nutrients. It has great taste and can be used in a plethora of recipes or eaten by itself.

Made in Peru. Excellent quality and great flavor. Fresh and organic and very good for you! I cook it like a porridge and mix it in with my oat groats.

I’m guessing these have been dried too long or similar. They do not grow amaranth as they should.

These are good, fresh, and viable seeds, an excellent addition to breakfast oatmeal. A few seeds sprinkled in the garden gave me healthy plants...

I am trying not to eat meat on a regular basis.Instead, I am eating a lot of different grains.Amaranth is one of my favorites.Mixing it up with quinoa, chia seeds & Nigella Sativa seeds.

This amaranth is mild tasting and very fresh.

This is good quality and it will sprout.
