Camco Mfg 55242 30-Amp Power Grip Plug

I'm not confident about using in a wet environment. They were easy to install and seem to be working out fine. The only issue I have seen so far is the two new connections are loose and not super snug. They could easily come apart if bumped or moved.

This and its companion for the other end of the cable are rather light duty. The plastic is thin and it's not waterproof. Easy to install but I'm not sure how it will hold up.

Repaired everything electric cable.

I bought this hoping it would be easier to replace the end on my RV cord than Home Depot's plug. It was so much easier. Would recommend for RVers with cords that melt frequently.

Using this item as a replacement on my RV cord. Shipping was prompt, installation was easy, works as well as a person could expect

Have not had long enough to know how durable this plug will be. It is not built to last, plastic looks brittle and thin.

My old plug was cracked with bent contacts. I just didn't trust it and that reaffirmed when I opened it up. Old, loose and corroded wires.Replacement was simple... Removed old plug, cut back to fresh wires and installed new plug.I love this has a nice handle grip.

Would be good to mark black and white slots on replacement for reference when installing. Before buying make certain that you have room in plug compartment.

after removing screws to access the terminals for the cable, the spades all fell out of the housing, not a problem if you have prior smarts as to which side, left or right? that carry's the "hot" lead... there's no indication on the plastic housing itself
