These were the best tips available but they changed them probably to increase profits because they sacrificed performance and fit considerably. The Sx-400 mediums were previously 12 mm long and 13 mm wide and are now 10 mm long and 12 mm wide (over 25% reduction in material), they previously had a shiny surface that sealed against your ear to block sound and improve bass response, they are now a flat dull surface that doesn't seal against the ear at all. Worst of all, they used to be made of a unique material that was super-soft and would mold to the shape of your ear, the new ones are made of the hard material the cheapest foam tips use. I have purchased tips that are priced at 30% of the Comply price that almost the same as the new design. I just hope someone takes over as the provider of premium tips now that Comply is a bulk, cut-rate provider. So sad.

Great replacements for my original powerbeats 3 buds. I needed something like this because when sweating at the gym, the originals would pop out. There's work great and are comfortable. Only draw back and something I didn't think about was after almost a week of use, they will soak in the sweat and start to smell. I popped them off and cleaned them with soap and water to solve that. Other then that, all gravy.

I bought these in January and I’m about to use the third pair. I use them 3-5 times a week at the gym. They fit and hold well for about 3 weeks and slowly lose their ability to return to the original shape. Then, expect them to fall out constantly until you get pissed (mad, not drunk) and throw them across the room.My ears are small and nothing else really fits and these seem to work the best for me, unfortunately.

Works well with my headphones. Only slip out when I am very sweaty. A little expensive, but I don't regret buying them.

These block out background sounds and give more bass than you can imagine. Only problem is that i chose small size but when i chose the model it switched me back to medium without notifying me.

I love the comfort and sound they provide but they do not last very long. they tear and rip after a month's use. I wish they were more durable as they provide very good noise cancellation and comfort.
