I was in need for a new portable chair to take to family cookouts and my children's sporting events. The one that I have been using started to hurt my back and butt. It was so uncomfortable that I would rather stand.I came upon this chair while searching high back padded portable folding chairs. The chair is amazing. It is very comfortable to sit in long periods of time. I like that it is high so my neck and back can rest easily. My butt doesn't hurt at all and I love the support that it gives my thighs when sitting.The frame to this chair is a very sturdy aluminum. The fabric to the chair is made out of a strong polyster, which does quickly if it gets wet. My husband who is 6'5 265lbs enjoys sitting in it. He feels very secure and gives him great support. In my opinion this chair is worth the investment. This chair also includes a great carrying bag with handles for easier transport.

Was comfortable sitting in it for hours at a time, without it cutting in at thighs or elsewhere, as some chairs do. The carrying bag it comes with is quite roomy--you can easily fit other items in there, like a folding side table or whatever. I especially appreciated the arms on the chair, which made getting up much easier. It's not the lightest camp chair you could get, nor does it fold down small like the ubiquitous canvas camp chairs you see everywhere, but if you're looking for a very sturdy and comfortable chair and weight/packed size is not an issue, this is for you. Car camping recommended!

This very comfortable chair allows you to sit upright with support for your back. While padded and soft, it is not a slouchy chair. If the table were the right height, you could sit in this chair to eat at a table. It folds very easily and is not heavy to carry. It is a bit awkward to carry because of the size. It would help if there were a way to lock it into a folded position so it wouldn't unfold unexpectedly. This is the perfect chair for camping or patio or other situation where the chair will not be moved around a lot. I purchased it for attending grandkids' ball games, which means I carry it to and from the car for each use and its awkwardness for carrying is apparent. Also, I miss the cup holder(s) found on other chairs. The padded back and seat also might proved to be too hot for comfort at a game in 90-degree temps. But I'm glad I bought it, even if I switch to a cooler chair in summer.

This is a sturdy chair which sits quite comfortably. It appears to be very well built. I only gave it a 4 star rating because it could be better. It's a bit too narrow and would be better if it were 2 inches wider. Also, the seat bottom has a bit too much angle and would be better it was a little higher towards the back to better level the seat. Overall, I like the chair very much.

Nice sturdy chair. It is rated for 300 lbs. But no way a 300 lb person could fit in it without them taking the chair with them when they stood up. Very narrow for a chair that is rated for 300 lbs. :( I am 6' 2" & weigh 220 lbs and it is snug on me. I am sure it was made in China and for a smaller person.Folds easy but also unfolds easily. So when you are carrying it, it will unfold on you. :( Probably why they sent a carry bag with it. But that is such a pain to but it in and out of the bag.Also no cup holder and it does not recline. Two features that a chair this expensive should have.

Great chair, have had for about a year now. Sturdy, comfortable and easy to fold. I like the storage bag it comes with. I like the fact that this chair keeps you more upright than in a slouchy position like other chairs which causes your back to hurt. I spent a lot of time looking for a chair until i found this one. I ended up buying another this last summer for my husband because he also liked it.

This is a really good product. The chair is comfortable and very sturdy. I loved it so much I ordered one, then ordered a second one right away. Only thing is that I suspect if they get wet they might take a long time to dry out? I bring my inside when the rain comes to avoid this issue.

We wanted a chair that is more comfortable than the bag chairs we had been using for a number of years. The old bag-type chairs are uncomfortable after a time. These were a nice step-up from the old bag type chairs. They are sturdy and comfortable. The only draw-back is the obvious ... they don't fold up quite as small. But they come with a case with carry handles so we think they are decent.
