.....having ordered the parasol and the base, the next 2 weeks were engaged in a battle with courier firm Hermes/Evri to trace and find and have the product delivered even though they reported it as so. If there is a worse company than Hermes, then I have yet to find it. Anyway, the seller was super helpful, understanding and responsive. When the product did arrive, it was easy to assemble(I managed on my own, but I am tall and this is quite a hefty parasol.Have yet to use it as since bought, the weather has been pretty awful.

Thought this would be ideal for me sitting in shade. Was heavy and awkward to assemble, plastic grips on screws which hold the position you want the pole to be in cracked first day and husband is going to get stronger ones fabricated. Because you don't want to overtighten in case the screws break, if there is any wind parasol blows out of position easily. Does not feel stable if anything more than a very slight breeze. Very large base takes up a lot of room.

It's a good quality parasol to use on a sunny or even wet day, avoid using on windy days its not too steady. Overall happy with this parasol....returns not free

This cantilever garden parasol was a replacement for one we bought years ago. We use it to put over our fish pond to shade the water and of course the fish

The parasol is so heavy that it bends even when weighted down with sand in the mounting blocks. Check your patio size before buying.

Even with the lightest breeze it tilts and falls!!I got in contact with the seller expressing how disappointed we were with the parasol and that it had fallen and hurt my 10year old daughter!! They offered us a 10% refund!! Not a replacement or refund!! I do not recommend purchasing from this seller!!!! Just terrible customer service!!!

Easy to assemble, great product. Once open the umbrella isn't fixed so it does move around with wind but I'm sure if you wanted it fixed at a certain angle you could use camping rope or the like. Really great purchase! I love it
