Rhodia Active Meeting Book, A4+, Pre-Printed - Black

Excellent paper - smooth writing, absorbent, perfect for a fountain pen. Ink does not spread or soak to the other side; the paper is thick enough to resist showing through (pressure or ink). The bound edge is smooth-scored, the page is laid out with faint lines so that there are multiple areas for different purposes if you want to use the notebook that way. The exterior is neat, damage resistant materials, etc. Some of the markings on the paper take getting used to (looked like random ink stains until I got used to them). Too expensive for most students -- but it doesn't matter since most students don't use pens (especially fountain pens) anymore. Also: this is heavyweight paper, so the notebook is a little heavy. But who cares? This is a luxurious writing medium for serious note taking. Rhodia has an informative website explaining all the variations in its paper products.

The paper in Rhodia books is very smooth and heavy weight. It's a dream to write on. My go-to notebooks for to-do lists and journaling.

I primarily purchased this brand as I write with fountain pens and this paper is a dream to write on. I have used a variety of pens and inks and I’ve not had any issues with bleed through.I love how versatile this specific notebook is. Project planner, diary, and writing out screenplay or storybook ideas are all easy to write, notate and organize with this notebook format.The only thing I would like to see from Rhodia are notebooks with more sheets of paper. I’d happily pay double the cost for double the number of pages.

I use it for recording meeting notes and find it easy to use without any fuss. The size is good .

I am old school and love to take handwritten notes in my work meetings. This notebook is a great size, is durable, and just looks great! The only downside for me is the narrow ruled lines— If they made this in wide lined, this would get 5+ stars!

great for multi project management

Quality paper that has had no issues with any of the pens I have taken to it. I wish the lines were a bit smaller to make a better use of space.

J’utilise ce cahier pour mes réunions. Les colonnes date/notes/actions sont pratiques pour mettre en valeur des informations et facilitent la relecture. Papier d’excellente qualité et cahier solide. Je recommande.

Great paper quality but the plastic cover is a bit thin and flimsy. It's not a big deal but reason enough not to give it 5 stars.
