VitaDirect Premium CLA Safflower Oil Supplement 1000mg Softgels, 180 Servings (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

I had read good things about safflower oil, but this purchase was a disappointment. Upon removing the lid and seal, I found all of the gel capsules stuck together. There appears to be no moisture absorber in the bottle. I put in some cotton balls hoping it would help, but the damage is already done. You cannt get a gel tab out without it stretching and breaking because they are all stuck together permanently. This purchase was a total waste. If i order again, it will be from another company. I cant speak to the quality or effect of the safflower oil because I cant get a gel tab out intact to try it.

It seems to be working with a healthy diet and some heavy weight lifting.

Shipping was fast, no after taste, simple instructions. I'm an active male who does CR 4-5 times a week, I bought this in Dec 2017 as an impulse buy and bought 2 bottles. Since receiving it I have religiously taken them IAW the instructions and have experienced little to zero results, I'm about 1/2 way thru the 2nd bottle, I will finish the 2nd bottle but I will not re-order. I thought it was too good to be true.......lol........lesson learned.

It is not quite the same as the first CLA Safflower product I purchased but I could not find the original product
