Based on the open-source RFID emulator ChameleonMini: https://github.com/emsec/ChameleonMini. The ChameleonMini is a versatile contactless smartcard emulator compliant to NFC, ISO 14443 and ISO 15693. It has been designed and maintained by the Chair for Embedded Security of the Ruhr-University in Bochum. The freely programmable platform can be used to emulate and virtualize cards (perfect clones including the UID), for practical penetration testing.Features of the ChameleonMini: • Pre-programmed and tested • Firmware support for ISO14443A Sniffing, Mifare Classic 1K and Mifare 4K emulation (4 and 7-byte UID), and Mifare Ultralight emulation. • Hardware support for ASK and BPSK load modulation using a subcarrier to cover almost any card standard available • Expandability to other cards and standards using a modular firmware structure • Can be re-programmed over PDI using attached pinheaders or Atmel DFU mode • Can be controlled using a fully documented AT-like command set via CDC using the excellent LUFA USB stack • 1 MByte of card memory allows for multiple card emulations to reside on the device simultaneously • Card emulations can be switched even without a USB connection by pressing the button on the ChameleonMini • Card contents can be easily uploaded and downloaded by means of the command line and X-MODEM using terminal interfacing software
