This headset needs to be fully charged on arrival, although that is not too long a process, and then has to be paired to your mobile (or tablet). The pairing process was easily accomplished and then the headset is placed with the conductors in front of the ears and therefore not interfering with hearing aids and it is easy to hear all that the mobile is doing, conducting a call or listening to music. The band goes behind the head and remains firmly in place when exercising or cycling giving continuous and acceptable sound. It is infinitely preferable to either head phones which exclude external noises such as approaching traffic, or ear buds, which cannot be worn with hearing aids, and is a great improvement over either. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Sound quality was ok for the price but distorted quote easily at medium volume or bass music. After about 4 uses wouldn’t charge at all. Completely dead, but the company were very good with responding and I got a full refund.

Easy to connect to multiple devices and reasonable charge time. Sound quality isn't great and can be difficult to hear what you're listening to when outside, which is what they were bought for. The main problem for me is that they are very uncomfortable and actively hurt my ears, my husband tried them and had the same problem too. I don't know if I have been unlucky and got a faulty or misshapen pair as all other reviews do say the are comfortable to wear.I bought then while they were on offer with a substantial discount. I'll hold on to them as a spare but I wouldn't buy again and would be returning if I'd paid full price.

Purchased these to replace some Aftershokz Titanium headsets which feel apart after a few years use. I like this type of headphone so you can hear what else is happening around you. This means the sound quality is not as good as normal headphones but for speech I don't notice much difference, and it is okay for music. These are lighter than my previous headphones, but only find them comfortable to wear for around an hour and a lot cheaper than the Aftershokz brand so am happy with them.

Great replacement for my Trekz headphones which broke but at a much better price. Same great quality and reassurance that you can tune in to outside noises e.g. when crossing the road, without having to remove earbuds etc. Arrived on time and still working perfectly (this review is written after 6 weeks of constant use).

So very disappointed when the earphones arrived. Very smart looking and connected very easily via bluetooth. Unfortunately the sound quality was awful. Maybe I was expecting too much. I am deaf in one ear due to a perforated eardrum so was expecting an improved experience with bone conduction but it wasnt to be. The sound was muffled and the only way I could actually hear anything was to push the ear piece hard against my head which of course defeats the purpose. I cant recommend and have returned.

I had previously bought the original bone conduction headset from this seller. It was great. This is the updated version and it has improved sound quality. I can still use it out and about whilst still being aware of my surroundings. I find in-ear earphones uncomfortable after a while, so these are perfect for me. Easy to set up and connect via bluetooth on my phone.

When they worked sound quality was ok, had to be on maximum volume if listening to a radio app on phone, had to turn it down if listening to iTunes songs mad my inner ear vibrate. After a few days of use these headphones won’t hold there charge. Charge them last night and went for a run, 30 mins in stopped working and won’t turn on. I would avoid and pay for quality with a better brand.
